Make a systems diagram based on the Astros' active roster at the end of 2017 and link to how many friends they have on other MLB team. One must assume that by 2020 the knowledge of the sign stealing methodology has educated everyone connected to the MLB and an similar if not idetical scheme is being practiced by 25 to 50% of all teams who have learned to keep their mouths shut. My number one target of suspicion is the Milwaukee Brewers who have finished high in the National League Central division with a small market team of rejects and retreads that has been powered by clutch hitting
