Chicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras has become friends with 10-year old kid named Daniel Rodriguez who has Down's Syndrome. The two first met in spring training from Advocate Children's Hospital.
Contreras gave him a jersey, his helmet, batting gloves and a warm embrace before Tuesday afternoon's game against the White Sox.
