Cubs vs Reds Lineup: Kris Bryant in despite collision

CHICAGO -- Kris Bryant is in the Cubs line up on Tuesday versus Reds after colliding with Albert Almora, Jr on Monday in the outfield. Bryant suffered a leg bruise but does not appear he will miss any time. Bryant hit his 24th homer of the season in the game and his ninth in his last 17 contests since June 18.

The Cubs are in the 19th day of a stretch that sees them close out the first half of the season with 24-consecutive game days. The Cubs last played 24-consecutive days in 2004.

Lackey makes his 17th start of the season and his eighth at home. He has posted a 2.01 ERA (11 ER/49.1 IP) in seven home starts and a 4.39 ERA (27 ER/55.1 IP) in nine road starts.
