Tough news for a Chicago Bears offense that has been clicking on all cylinders.
The Chicago Bears announced that offensive lineman Lucas Patrick is out for the season following toe surgery. "He actually had surgery a couple weeks ago, and he will not be back with us this year," Eberflus said. "He's been in every meeting, been engaged … he had the toe injury, and we ended up surgically repairing that. But he's been engaged the last couple of weeks." Patrick appeared in 7 games with five starts this season. In total, he played 250 snaps at guard and ten plays at center. He is signed through the 2023 season with a $3.8 million contract.
