Joc Pederson crushes seventh homer of spring, tied for most in MLB |
Joc Pederson can hit the longball.
Pederson crushed a two-run homer to right-center to put the Cubs up 5-3 in the fifth inning of Friday's game against the Giants. This was very impressive as the homer was off of a lefty which was the first one this spring for him. It was also his seventh homer of spring (in 17 games) and the second dinger of the ballgame. The seven homers tie him with the Red Sox's Bobby Dalbec for the best in baseball.
