Game time change for Cubs Home Opener |

CHICAGO – The Chicago Cubs have shifted the start of this afternoon’s home opener against the Pittsburgh Pirates to 2:20 p.m. CT to allow for field preparation following overnight snow showers that continued into the morning.
Gates will open at 12:20 p.m. and opening ceremonies are expected to begin at approximately 1:45 p.m.
Update: The game has been postponed until tomorrow at 1:20 p.m. CT.
