Rizzo batted .292 with 32 homers, 43 doubles, and 109 RBIs this season.

He also won his first Glove Glove Award earlier in the week. The last Cubs player to win the Gold Glove Award and Silver Slugger Award in the same year was Derrek Lee in 2005.
