Cubs lineup vs. Orioles, Quintana makes debut

The Chicago Cubs (45-45) will battle the Baltimore Orioles in the series finale at 12:35 p.m. CDT on Sunday afternoon televised on ABC 7 Chicago. The Cubs will be going for a three-game sweep to open the second half of action as they have scored nine runs or more in each of their first two games.

New Cubs starter Jose Quintana will make his Cubs debut for the defending World Champions opposed by righty Ubaldo Jimenez.

In 2017, Quintana is 4-8 with 4.49 ERA with 109 strikeouts. Lifetime, he is 1-3 with 5.16 ERA at Camden Yards.

Cubs catcher Willson Contreras has been hot lately hitting safely in 10 of his last 11 games (.378).

The Cubs are currently second place in the National League Central (5.5 GB) behind the Milwaukee Brewers.
