Tony Crumpton Tony Crumpton - Senior Editor -

The Texas Rangers and Chicago Cubs really enjoy swapping players and coaches.

The Rangers are expected to announce the hiring of Cubs assistant general manager Shiraz Rehman to the same position according to multiple reports on Tuesday.

Rehman, 41, has been with the Cubs the last seven seasons as he joined the same time that Theo Epstein came to the North Side.

One of his major jobs was on the technology side to help with the team's evaluation process throughout the roster.
