WATCH: Almora hammers solo no-doubter to left field

After being scored via a 2-run homer hit by another Cub earlier in the game, Chicago Cubs center fielder Albert Almora Jr. was directly responsible for his second run of the game, as he smacked a 391-foot solo home run in the top of the fourth on Wednesday. The dinger put the Cubs up 3-1 over the Cincinnati Reds and served as Almora's third long ball of the season.

Almora set up Addison Russell's 2-run jack with a 2-out single in the second inning, and he came through with another critical 2-out hit by way of the fourth-inning jack to left field. Swinging at the first pitch of the at-bat, Almora went yard on a curveball from Reds starter Sonny Gray. The no-doubter sported an exit velocity of 100 miles per hour.
