WATCH: Contreras smashes towering homer vs. Nationals

Chicago Cubs catcher Willson Conteras hit a towering solo homer to left field to tie the game at 1-1 in the second inning with the Nationals on Saturday night.

The wind is blowing out and helped the ball get into the stands. According to Statcast, the hit probability was only 27% on that homer and it was the highest launch angle (45 degrees) of any Cubs homer in the last three years.

For his career, Contreras is now 2-for-3 with two homers lifetime against Gio Gonzalez.
