Cubs swap pitchers with Rockies

The Chicago Cubs traded lefty reliever Zac Rosscup to the Colorado Rockies for righty Matt Carasiti on Monday night according to multiple reports.

Carasiti has a 1-1 record with an impressive 2.37 ERA with 13 saves at Triple-A Albuquerque this season. He had a 9.19 ERA in 19 games for the Rockies in 2016 and was drafted in the sixth round out of St. Johns in the 2012 MLB Draft.
