Reds long-time announcer Marty Brennaman is expecting an interesting time for his final road gig when the Reds are scheduled to be in town next week at Wrigley Field.

"I want to go out in a blaze of glory," Brennaman said during Thursday night's broadcast of the Reds' game Thursday night against the Mariners. "A standing boo will be emanating from that park."

"Those guys out there all liquored up," he said, "they'll hear my name and it'll be time to hit the garrison and get the weapons."

Brennaman will retire after this season.
