Television info: The game will be televised on Marquee Sports Network, and NBC Sports Chicago.

Radio info: Game can be heard on 670 The Score and WGN 720, WRTO 1200.

Pitching matchup: The Cubs will have Yu Darvish (7-3, 2.22 ERA) on the mound against righty Dylan Cease (5-3, 3.52 ERA).

Darvish won a matchup with Cease back on Aug. 23 at Wrigley Field.
