Printable sick note for Cubs' tie-breaker game

One tie-breaker game added to determine the National League Central Crown. No. 163 will be played at Wrigley Field on Monday at 12:05 pm CT.

Die-hard Cubs fans will be pouring into that game regardless of their work schedule. The Chicago Cubs shared a printable sick note for patrons for them to use to get out of work to so they can make the game.

Local bars are only up before 11 so that Cubs have that are "sick" can have a place to hang out.
