Tony Crumpton Tony Crumpton - Senior Editor -

The Chicago Cubs continue to add to their depth in the bullpen with the addition of righty reliever Jim Henderson to a minor-league deal according to multiple reports. The World Champions continue to add pieces to their bullpen that will battle it out during spring training.

Henderson, 34, had 4.37 ERA with 40 strikeouts last season with the Mets. For his career, he has 3.68 ERA with 31 saves and 177 strikeouts.

He had some bicep problems that led the Mets to release him after the season.
