With Major League Baseball's Opening Day this week, fans across the country are gearing up for a new season of America's favorite pastime. As teams prepare to take the field, fans are looking to secure tickets for their favorite team's home opener.
Gametime, an app for last-minute tickets, has revealed the median ticket prices for each team's home opener. According to Gametime, the New York Yankees have the highest-priced seats at $371 each, followed by the Dodgers, Mets, Red Sox, and Giants. The team with the lowest-priced opening-day tickets are the Miami Marlins, with a median ticket price of $47.50. The Cubs have the 15th highest ticket prices for Opening Day against the Milwaukee Brewers at $129.
