With a towering blast into the left-field bleachers, shortstop Javier Baez put his Chicago Cubs up 7-1 over the visiting Los Angeles Angels in the bottom of the seventh on Monday. The 374-foot solo shot at Wrigley Field left the bat at 105 miles per hour and boasted a launch angle of 32 degrees.

Coming on a first-pitch slider thrown by Angels reliever Luis Garcia, Baez's 14th long ball of the season was smoked off the bat and marked the third RBI of the day for "Javy." The no-doubter increased Baez's season RBI total to 37.
