CINCINNATI — Former Cincinnati Bearcats slugger Ian Happ lined a home run out to left field against the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday. Tacking on an insurance run for the Chicago Cubs at Great American Ball Park, the Cubs utility man collected his fourth dinger of the season.

The 370-footer came in the eighth inning and made up for Happ's seventh-inning double, which hit off the top of the wall and barely missed going out for a homer. Putting the Cubs up 6-3, Happ went yard off Reds reliever Amir Garrett.
