WATCH: Jason Heyward swats clutch 2-run double into right-field corner

CHICAGO — Coming up clutch, Chicago Cubs right fielder Jason Heyward smacked a 2-run double into the right-field corner on Wednesday. Providing the Cubs with a pair of insurance runs in the bottom of the seventh, Heyward increased his RBI total to 43.

Heyward capped off an 8-pitch at-bat against Cincinnati Reds reliever David Hernandez by swatting a 2-bagger to deep right at Wrigley Field. Heyward's 10th double of the season plated Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo, who each drew walks earlier in the inning, and made the score 4-0 in favor of the Cubs.
