WATCH: Jon Jay smacks three-run, pinch-hit homer vs. Rays

Jon Jay was tired of the Cubs not scoring with runners in scoring position during Wednesday afternoon's game. The veteran outfielder smacked a three-run pinch-hit homer in the six-inning to tie the game at 3-3. He received a curtain call after his second homer of the season.
