WATCH: Nico Hoerner smacks two-run homer against Giants

Chicago Cubs second baseman Nico Hoerner smacked a two-run homer to put the Cubs up 2-0 in the third inning during Thursday's game against the San Francisco Giants.

The homer traveled an estimated 364 feet with a travel velocity of 97.9 MPH.

It was his third homer of the season.
