WATCH: Patrick Wisdom blasts go-ahead homer against Rockies

Chicago Cubs third baseman Patrick Wisdom blasted a two-run homer to put the Cubs up 4-3 in the sixth inning of Sunday's game against the Colorado Rockies.

It was his 22nd homer of the season and it traveled an estimated 432 feet.
