Today on Chicago Sports HQ Chatter, Cole and I look back at the National Championship game and give Notre Dame more credit than they received.

They managed to slow a historical offense to the point where it could be looked at as a bad game.

With the Bears now out of the postseason, the offseason begins, and both Matt Nagy and Ryan Pace return. We look back at the Bears' year as a whole and what the playoffs looked like last week going forward. With Chuck Pagano now out as DC, it is time to look for a new defensive coordinator, so both of us discuss potential hires that could make a big difference.

College basketball remains in full swing, so we continue to look at the Big East, ACC, and BIG 10 to discuss the chances of Notre Dame, DePaul, Illinois, and Northwestern. The Wildcats are in the middle of one of the toughest big 10 stretches this season, but could competitive play lead to an NCAA tourney bid?

Despite the Bulls losing three straight, this isn't the same team we have seen the past two years.

We discuss the biggest difference this season and how COVID Has impacted not just them but the NBA. Does the NBA need to change the COVID Policy to make it through the season?

With the NHL starting tonight, Cole and I briefly discuss the Blackhawks and what to expect this season. Can we expect fans at some point in 2021, and what needs to happen for fans to return at full capacity if that ever happens?

We would like to wish Corey Crawford congratulations on a great NHL career as he has called it a career after 13 seasons.

To close out the show, Cole and I briefly touch on MLB free agency and just how impressive the White Sox have been this offseason. Do the Cubs have something up their sleeve in the coming weeks as Spring Training nears?
