FIRST LOOK: Chicago Cubs announce 2024 promotional calendar

CHICAGO – The Chicago Cubs today announced the 2024 promotional calendar for the upcoming regular season, featuring over 50 promotional items, four ballpark celebrations and events, nearly 30 Special Ticket Offers and more. Fans can take advantage of some of these offers and special events when single game tickets go on sale Friday, February 23.

BOBBLEHEADS

The first 10,000 Cubs fans to enter Wrigley Field on select dates throughout the regular season can get their hands on one-of-a-kind player bobbleheads featuring Adbert Alzolay, Ian Happ, Christopher Morel and Justin Steele.

Bookmark these dates for player bobbleheads:

Saturday, June 1: Christopher Morel bobblehead presented by American Airlines

Saturday, June 22: Adbert Alzolay bobblehead presented by Coke Zero

Saturday, July 6: Justin Steele bobblehead presented by Wendella

Thursday, August 1: Ian Happ bobblehead presented by Jewel-Osco

GATE GIVEAWAYS

On select Fridays from May-August, Cubs fans can add to their collection six new #BudFridays mesh tanks that feature classic Cubs logos from 1911-1989. The first 5,500 fans who are 21 years of age or older and enter through the Budweiser Bleacher Gate on the designated gameday are eligible to receive the #BudFridays mesh tanks.

Adding to the Statue Row bobblehead series released last season, Cubs fans can celebrate Statue Row’s newest addition, Hall of Famer Ryne Sandberg, with a statue bobblehead presented by Wintrust which will be released Sunday, June 23, to commemorate the 40th anniversary of “The Sandberg Game.” This statue bobblehead will be available to the first 10,000 fans.

Kids Sundays are back and better than ever! The first Sunday of every month starting in May, new Clark the Cub plushies will be given to the first 5,500 fans to enter the ballpark. These cuddly giveaways will feature Clark the Cub in different Cubs jerseys – arrive early to get one of these lovable plushies!

Additional gate giveaways for the 2024 regular season include a magnet schedule on Opening Day, Pat Hughes sweater-shirt resembling the broadcaster’s infamous Opening Day sweater, a red, white and Cubbie blue Hawaiian shirt presented by Jim Beam and more.

BALLPARK CELEBRATIONS

The Cubs will host four ballpark celebrations and events this season at Wrigley Field including the annual Pride Celebration, HBCU Day and a special three-day celebration for the Chicago Cubs Hall of Fame Class of 2024 inductees. A new addition to the calendar includes Harry Potter™ Day.

Ahead of each ballpark celebration, the Cubs will release additional details regarding what fans can expect. Cubs fans interested in attending must secure the Special Ticket Offer associated with the ballpark celebration in order to receive the corresponding promotional item.

Cubs fans can purchase tickets to nearly 30 Special Ticket Offers this season, including Jackie Robinson Night, various college-themed offers and Special Ticket Offers that show support for military members, first responders, health care providers and educators. Each Special Ticket Offer includes a ticket to the selected game and a promotional item specific to that Special Ticket Offer.
