It has been a very tough year but baseball fans got to see baseball after all.

Coming up short when you have a group this talented is really tough to stomach. Incredible job by Manager David @D_Ross3 this year, who exceeded even my expectations. This team will return to greatness in ‘21, and with the City of Chicago behind you, anything is possible! #NVRQT

Blown away by all the love y’all. Make no mistake Chicago is home, the Cubs are family, and there’s no uniform I’d rather wear next year for my 200th win. But for now let’s ring in 2020 like it’s 2016! #NVRQT
