Fly the home runs!

The Cubs had three players hit two homers a piece with Kyle Schwarber, Jason Heyward, and Ian Happ in the team's epic 10-1 win against the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday.

The Cubs were the first team in MLB history to have all three starting outfielders hit two homers in the same game.

Cubs outfielder Ian Happ talked to the media following the contest and was excited about the record.

"Just really special," Happ said. "We were all talking about it. We were all pretty excited about it."

Happ understands how special it is to hold a record in baseball especially with some of his teammates.

"This game has been going on for a while now, so it's pretty rare to have a first. To be able to do that as a group with two other guys that you care about a lot and you've played with for a long time, that was really special for all of us."

For the game, Happ had two homers with three RBI.

In 2020, Happ is batting .294 with 9 homers and 20 RBI. Currently, he leads the team in hits, walks, RBIs, doubles, and tied for first in homers.
