Cubs News: Marquee Sports Network announces new distribution partner

Chicago – Marquee Sports Network, the exclusive television home of the Chicago Cubs, today announced a deal with WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone (NYSE: WOW), a leading broadband provider, allowing tens of thousands of subscribers in the Chicagoland area to enjoy live Chicago Cubs games beginning March 13. One of the nation’s largest broadband providers in the country, WOW! serves customers on Chicago’s south side (Calumet, Oak Forest, Hammond, Indiana), in the western suburbs (Naperville, Glendale Heights) and in the northwest suburbs (Elgin, Schaumburg, Mt. Prospect, Arlington Heights).

“WOW! is the fourth largest provider in Chicago and an important part of our distribution landscape, and we are pleased to have them join the more than 40 carriage partners who have already signed on with Marquee Sports Network,” said Marquee Sports Network GM Mike McCarthy.
