
MLB releases statement on passing of Chadwick Boseman |

43-year old actor Chadwick Boseman who played several starring roles including the historical 'Black Panther' lead has died of colon cancer.
Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled it the last four years as it progressed to stage IV.
He passed away with his wife and family by his side.
MLB released a heartfelt statement on his passing as he portrayed Jackie Robinson in the movie '42'.
"We are devastated by the tragic loss of Chadwick Boseman. His transcendent performance in “42” will stand the test of time and serve as a powerful vehicle to tell Jackie’s story to audiences for generations to come."
