WATCH: 15-year old girl battling cancer surprised by Javy Baez

15-year old Cubs fan Brianna Barker has been battling cancer since she was just four years old.

On Friday, Brianna was able to go to her first Cubs game and was surprised on the field as she was able to meet her favorite player Javy Baez.

Baez met Brianna as he gave her a jersey and a baseball. He also took photos with her and the rest of her family that was in attendance.

Everyone at CubsHQ would like to wish Brianna the best as she awaits a bone-marrow transplant.
