WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — With a jaw-dropping 2-run home run that clanged off the scoreboard at BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field, Anthony Rizzo hit a moonshot in the Little League Classic on Sunday. The blast increased the Cubs' lead over the Pittsburgh Pirates to 7-0.

As part of a 3-run fifth inning for the Cubs, Rizzo took Pirates reliever Chris Stratton deep for his 23rd homer of the season. The 2-run bomb, which plated Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant, marked the 50th opposite-field long ball of the year for the Cubs.
