CHICAGO — Milwaukee Brewers slugger Christian Yelich is already adding to his reputation as a "Cub killer" in 2020. Prior to the Opening Day game between the Chicago Cubs and the Brew Crew, Yelich damaged the Wrigley Field scoreboard via a home run.

In batting practice on Friday, Yelich crushed a soft toss out to right field, and it made contact with the scoreboard. The area of the electronic scoreboard that was hit went dark, perhaps serving as an ominous sign of what is to come in the opening three-game series.
