The Northsiders are flexing some power.

Chicago Cubs first baseman Frank Schwindel smacked a homer in the third inning to put the Cubs up 1-0 in the bottom of the second inning of Saturday's game against the D-backs.

While running around the bases, Schwindel gave a funny thumbs up to his teammates.

Fellow teammate Patrick Wisdom followed him by crushing a homer in the next at-bat.

A fun tidbit is that today is Wisdom's bobblehead day for fans in attendance at Wrigley Field.
