Sometimes it pays to be lucky.

In the 11th inning of Thursday night's game against the Pirates, Cubs outfielder Ian Happ hit a high pop-up to second base and it was misplayed by second baseman Wilmer Difo and the Cubs won as Sergio Alcantara touched home plate.

"I did not envision my first walk-off looking like that," Happ said to Marquee Sports Network's Taylor McGregor after the game. "Crazy game. The Guys in the bullpen did a great job locking down there and giving us a chance. Happy to come through."

It was the Cubs' third straight victory.
