CHICAGO — For the second night in a row, the Chicago Cubs (30-20) walked off in a win over the Cleveland Indians (26-23) on Wednesday. As a result, the North Siders tallied a two-game sweep at Wrigley Field and a four-game sweep of the season series versus the Tribe.

Javier Baez supplied the Cubs with the winning run by way of a two-out single in the bottom of the 10th. Coming on an 0-2 count, Baez poked a base knock into left field and plated Ian Happ from third base. Cubs lefty Jon Lester pitched five innings in what might have been his final start of the season at Wrigley Field.
