CINCINNATI — Going yard for the second time in a Chicago Cubs uniform, Cubs outfielder Nicholas Castellanos tagged Cincinnati Reds starter Alex Wood for a solo home run in the top of the third on Thursday. The go-ahead dinger put the Cubs up 2-1.

A 405-footer out to left-center, the dinger came on a hanging curveball and left the bat at 103 miles per hour. The blast at Great American Ball Park sported a launch angle of 26 degrees and marked Castellanos' fourth RBI since joining the Cubs.
