WATCH: Patrick Wisdom ties Cubs' rookie homer mark

History was made on Tuesday.

Chicago Cubs Patrick Wisdom absolutely crushed a two-run homer to center field to put the Cubs up 2-1 in the fifth inning.

The homer tied the Cubs rookie record (Kris Bryant) with his 26th homer of the season.

It went an estimated 447 feet and had an exit velocity of 110.4 MPH.
