Cubs News: Anthony Rizzo swims with sharks on vacation |
The offseason is a time for players to relax and prepare mentally for the upcoming long grind of the baseball season.
However, Cubs star first baseman Anthony Rizzo spent some quality time with his girlfriend, friends and a large group of sharks. Rizzo tweeted out a message "The Shark whisperers" to a picture of him and his friends swimming with sharks in Compass Cay. For $10, a group of 15-20 sharks will swim around you at the Compass Cay Marina. Not a bad deal unless your franchise player accidentally gets a piece of his hand taken away from a hungry shark. However, nothing out of the movie JAWS happened to the group as fans can take a sigh of relief.
