Cubs-Cardinals series in London reportedly canceled

No MLB baseball overseas anytime soon.

The Cubs-Cardinals rivalry series to be played in London this summer on June 13-14 has been canceled because of the coronavirus according to multiple reports.

The game was to be played at the Olympic Stadium (home of West Ham) over two days.

MLB and neither of the ballclubs have announced the cancellation yet.

This is probably the right call as baseball and sports, in general, take a backseat during this global pandemic.

Everyone stay safe out there during this challenging time.
