We are inching closer and closer to the 2020 regular season.

The Chicago Cubs have three exhibition contests to play before their home opener against the Milwaukee Brewers on July 24.

The Northsiders' first exhibition game which will be against the rival White Sox which will be televised on Sunday night on July 19 at 7:05 p.m. on ESPN (outside the Chicago market) according to multiple reports.

Sadly those that live locally will have to deal with those annoying blackout restrictions.

Jon "Boog" Sciambi and Rick Sutcliffe will reportedly be in the booth instead of the duo of Matt Vasgersion and Alex Rodriguez.

It should be a fun contest as both rivals try to ramp up for the upcoming 60-game season.
