The veteran lefty Jon Lester will take the mound for the defending World Champions opposed by righty Jameson Taillon. In 2017, Lester has a 5-5 record with 3.94 ERA and 110 strikeouts. Cubs rookie Ian Happ is batting cleanup for Sunday's game. Happ and Schwarber are only the Cubs in franchise history to reach 13 HRs in their 1st 50 career games.
