Cubs News: Javy Baez leaves game with head injury

Chicago Cubs shortstop left Sunday afternoon's game against the Atlanta Braves with a head injury after some awkward contact with second baseman Ozzie Albies' knee when he slid into the base.

Baez looked a little dazed and called for the trainer and left the game.

Mike Freeman came into the game to replace Baez.

Baez is one of the most important players for the team as Addison Russell is still on the disabled list with his foot injury.
