Cubs News: Report: Kyle Schwarber in lineup for Game 1 of NLCS

It's Game 1 of the NLCS featuring the Chicago Cubs and the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night.

ESPN's Jesse Rogers was on ESPN 1000 and shared that outfielder Kyle Schwarber will be in the starting lineup for tonight's game.

It appears that the Cubs like the matchup of Schwarber against Dodgers standout pitcher Clayton Kershaw. During the 2017 postseason, Schwarber has had only five at-bats with a hit, one walk, and three strikeouts.

For the season, Schwarber is batting .211 with 30 homers, 59 RBI, and .315 on-base percentage.
