CHICAGO — Going yard for the third time in the last five games, Chicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo skied a moonshot against the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday. The 395-foot solo dinger at Wrigley Field served as the Cubs' second home run of the first frame.

Providing the North Siders with a 2-0 lead after Cubs right fielder Nicholas Castellanos went yard a few at-bats earlier, Rizzo collected his 24th long ball of the year with the high drive hit out beyond right field. Rizzo took Giants starter Tyler Beede deep on a bomb that sported a steep 38-degree launch angle.
