WATCH: Baez cranks two-run homer vs. Giants

Chicago Cubs second baseman Javier Baez nailed a two-run homer in the bottom of the eighth inning against the Giants to cut the lead to four runs at 6-2.

The blast was his seventh homer of the season. Check out the homer below.
