As soon as you think that you have seen it all on the baseball diamond, Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish goes and hits two different people with one pitch. Sending a 99-mile-per-hour heater directly into what appeared to be the groin area of Miami Marlins batter Lewis Brinson, Darvish indirectly took out the home-plate umpire, as well, on the hit by pitch.

The at-bat proved to be Darvish's last of the night in the sixth inning of the Cubs-Marlins matchup on Monday. The pitch channeled the "Magic Bullet" by ricocheting off Brinson's midsection and directly into the umpire's neck region. Both unfortunate souls buckled over in pain, with Brinson taking a little while to get to his feet. As for the double HBP, it ended Darvish's night, as the right-hander was pulled before he had to chance to injure any other innocent bystanders with his fastball.
