WATCH: Ian Happ gets ejected for arguing questionable strike call

CHICAGO — Pinch hitting in the fourth inning on Saturday, Ian Happ of the Chicago Cubs was rung up by the home-plate umpire on a pitch that was outside. The inning-ending strikeout came with the bases loaded and the Cubs trailing the Washington Nationals 5-1, which led to Happ losing his cool.

Clearly not pleased with the strike-three call made by umpire Vic Carapazza, Happ chucked his bat aside and vehemently protested the call. Carapazza did not show much restraint, as he threw Happ out of the game at Wrigley Field just a few seconds into Happ's tirade.
