Chicago Cubs standout Javy Baez is ready for another big-time year in 2019.

'El Mago' talks about what motivates him as a ballplayer in a video with Momentum.

"I want to have everything for my family so they don't have to do anything in life but at the same time I want to teach them how to work for it," Baez said. "Especially my kid that that one is seeing me doing other stuff. I want my kid to know that he has to work to get stuff and moving on."
