Chicago Cubs ace
Jon Lester gave up nine runs in the second inning on Thursday afternoon against the Reds. He threw 40 pitches during the inning and motioned to the trainers that something was wrong after giving up a RBI double to Eugenio Sarez. It was the 11th batter of the inning.
