WATCH: Jon Lester picks off baserunner vs. Nationals

Chicago Cubs pitcher Jon Lester came in relief of starter Jake Arrieta during Wednesday's pivotal NLDS game at Wrigley Field.

In the eighth inning, Lester had an extremely rare pickoff of Ryan Zimmerman. It was his second pickoff of the season and pretty embarrassing for Zimmerman.

Lester left the game to a standing ovation to the Wrigley Field faithful later in the inning.
